An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by establishing new Business Development strategies which will drive the Organisation towards achieving its vision through market research and customer interaction
  • Build sound and lasting relationships with corporate clients both within and outside Sri Lanka
  • Prepare and conduct presentations, product demonstrations to convince clients
  • Prepare and review business proposals
  • Negotiate and conclude sales to meet the revenue targets
Personal Profile
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or fully/partly qualified in CIM / SLIM
  • Knowledge in IT & Finance will be an added advantage
Experience & Expertise:
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in selling software and technologies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets & budgets
  • Possess a sound network of corporate contacts within the locally and/or regionally
Skills & Abilities:
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, marketing skills, negotiation skills & presentation skills
  • Qualifications or experience in customer service, public speaking international relations will be advantageous
