Country Lead (Sales)
Job Scope

As Country Lead, you will take ownership of Bileeta’s local market presence and commercial success. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the local team, heading the end-to-end sales lifecycle, and aligning with global teams to deliver impactful outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership across sales, partnerships, and client engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of the Company’s overall commercial performance within the country, including sales pipeline, revenue generation, and market expansion.
Drive and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, negotiations, closures, and post-sale account growth.
Lead and manage the local sales and business development team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and alignment with business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, tenders, and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business value and market presence.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
Requirements to Apply
Proven experience in software/SaaS sales, with strong exposure to sales leadership, business development, or account management (5–8 years).
MBA or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university; CIM/SLIM membership is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capability in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, enterprise solution selling, and tender processes will be an advantage.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
