Bileeta is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and guide clients in leveraging Bileeta Entution for business excellence.
Job Scope
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be at the forefront of ERP implementations, ensuring seamless configuration and deployment of Bileeta Entution across key business domains such as Procurement, Finance, Inventory, and Fixed Assets. You will act as the bridge between client operations and product development, offering domain expertise, solution design, and implementation leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, user training, and UAT support.
- Act as the primary client liaison, translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Configure and demonstrate Bileeta Entution modules to align with client-specific processes.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to optimize workflows and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to deliver enhancements and change requests.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, reviewing their work and ensuring quality delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Process Documentation (BPD), SRS documents, configuration logs, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with Entution’s new functionalities and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- CIMA, ACCA, or an MBA in Business Analytics is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP or business application consulting, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
- Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation is essential.

As a Pre-sales ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your extensive ERP knowledge and expertise to engage with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and effectively demonstrate the value of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ERP systems, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored ERP solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities and benefits of our ERP software to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical documentation, and product presentations to demonstrate the unique value proposition of our ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product delivery/product development), to provide input and recommendations based on client interactions and market trends and contribute to product delivery enhancements.
- Understand complex client business requirements and provide workable technical solutions in line with our product features to arrive at a win-win situation for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre-sales support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and analyze client feedback and requirements to provide insights for the development and enhancement of our ERP products.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field or Equivalent Professional Qualification such as CIMA/CA.
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in ERP implementation, ERP Functional Consultancy, or Entution ERP or similar ERP System user experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability and confidence to effectively present information to Senior management and/or board of directors of prospective clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions.
